TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing this website or purchasing products from Manimonarchy, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of our services and products. These Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference the following policies: Shipping Policy, Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
By proceeding with any transaction or engagement, customers confirm their acceptance of all terms outlined herein and in the referenced policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these policies periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All orders placed with Manimonarchy are subject to acceptance and will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment through the available payment methods at checkout.
Prices listed on the website include applicable taxes; however, shipping fees are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the customer.
Manimonarchy reserves the right to modify prices, correct any pricing errors, or adjust fees without prior notice.
Customers may complete purchases through guest checkout without the requirement of creating a registered account. However, promotional offers, discounts, and exclusive deals provided by Manimonarchy are strictly limited to customers with active registered accounts. To avail of such benefits, customers must register an account with Manimonarchy prior to or during the checkout process.
Order cancellations are permitted only within 24 hours of placement; beyond this period, orders are considered final and cannot be reversed. Customers are encouraged to review all details before completing their purchase.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At present, Manimonarchy ships exclusively within the Philippines as part of our soft-launch phase. International shipping will be offered in the near future. Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer and will be calculated at checkout.
Once the item has been shipped, Manimonarchy is no longer liable for the item. However, should there be any concerns or issues with the shipment, please feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance. We are committed to addressing any queries or problems you may have within the scope of our policies.
While we strive to process and deliver orders promptly, customers should consider potential delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. A package will be deemed lost if it has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date.
For damaged items, customers must contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving the package and provide proof of the damage, including a video clearly showing the item being unboxed and the damage upon delivery. This video serves as rigid proof to validate the claim.
Only damage to the actual press-on nails or nail kits will be considered; damage to the outer packaging is excluded. Items that are determined to have been forcibly damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under our policy.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS POLICY
Manimonarchy does not issue refunds. Instead, in cases of damaged or lost items, we offer store credits that can be used to place a new order for the same item or a different design of equal value, as preferred by the customer.
For hygienic reasons, exchanges are not permitted. We do not accept items back under any circumstances. If a customer’s concern has been approved for reimbursement, they must either retain the item or choose to give it away at their discretion.
Manimonarchy does not accept returns, replacements, or reimbursements for orders due to a change of mind. Sizing issues are not the responsibility of Manimonarchy and are not eligible for return or replacement. Customers are advised to carefully review their selections before completing their purchase.
Concerns related to product quality may qualify for replacement, provided proof is submitted in the form of a video showing the condition of the item upon opening and during the first wear.
All claims must be submitted to our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving the item. For lost items, reimbursement will only be considered if the customer notifies us within one (1) week after thirty (30) days have passed since the shipping date.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees for replacement or reimbursement orders.
PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our press-on nails are made from high-quality materials, including acrylic, gel, ABS plastic, and other materials such as rubber or silicone. The decorations may also include nail art powder, while rhinestones used in our products are made from paste, plastic, or glass. Please note that these products are intended for personal, external use only.
Due to the small components, there may be potential choking hazards for infants and young children, and we advise users to exercise caution. In the event of an allergic reaction, users should immediately discontinue use and seek medical advice.
OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, branding, photos, and content related to Manimonarchy, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and product images, are the exclusive property of Manimonarchy and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or any other use of our products, branding, or content, whether for commercial or personal purposes, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Manimonarchy. Any such unauthorized use may result in legal action.
ACCOUNT SECURITY AND WEBSITE USE
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and agree to notify Manimonarchy immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.
Manimonarchy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure to secure login details. Additionally, users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that could harm the website or its services, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, submitting false reviews, or any other malicious conduct. Any such prohibited activities may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account and legal action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Manimonarchy is not liable for any misuse of its products, including but not limited to improper application, allergic reactions, or any other damages resulting from the failure to follow the provided instructions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the correct and safe use of the products.
Additionally, Manimonarchy does not assume liability for any service interruptions, website downtime, or errors that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to issues arising from third-party services, technical malfunctions, or force majeure events.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate court in Davao City, Philippines, where exclusive jurisdiction shall lie.
AMENDEMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Manimonarchy reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any modifications. Continued use of the website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Manimonarchy shall not be held liable for any delays or inability to fulfill orders arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, shipping disruptions, acts of government, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of the delay, but we are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by such events.
MISCELLANOUS
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies or operating rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Manimonarchy and the customer with respect to the use of our website and services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.
